RLSS National Beach Lifeguard Qualification- Refresher

The NBLQ refresher does exactly as it says on the tin!

If your current RLSS National Beach Lifeguard Qualification has or is about to expire, then look no further. Provided your certificate is no more than 28 days out-of-date, this is the course for you.

This 3 day NBLQ refresher course is a compilation of water, first aid and theory sessions in which you will receive updates and further practise in the techniques covered on the full 5-day NBLQ.

As with the 5-day course, it is strongly recommended that candidates are already capable of swimming 400m in a swimming pool in less than eight minutes. Candidates should also be familiar with a surf environment, be able to surface dive to a depth of two metres, tread water for two minutes and climb out of deep water unaided and without the use of steps.
