Safe systems of work - lone working, permit to work, slips, trips and falls, asbestos, general PPE. Protected and unprotected rooftops - how to identify and take effective action. Access - safety requirements when working with fixed and portable ladders. Suitable for field staff and others working in the telecommunications industry who may require access to switches, BTS's and protected rooftop sites as part of their work activities and do not require use of fall arrest equipment.
