History

RS Forklifts Trainin Limited is an independent nationwide training provider. We are accredited with NPORS who are recognised by the Health & Safety Commission for lift truck training. Because of this, we can offer a wide variety of training courses, flexibility and the most up to date training techniques.

We have established ourselves on our vast knowledge of the training industry and along the way, we have built a liaison with the accrediting bodies, Union Health & Safety specialists and our growing client base. With this, we can offer professionalism, sound advice and the final product - quality training that is wanted, recognised and has been professionally delivered.

We have a varied instructor base which covers the entire UK. Each individual instructor is registered with at least 1 of the 4 bodies that we are accredited with. Our instructors are very experienced in their field and to maintain standards, they are assessed frequently by our own staff.

We deliver quality, recognised training which leads to a national award. We cover all areas of industry and will aid any company wanting to develop a safer work place for their employees.

We deliver training for all different sized companies but no matter what size company you are, we will continue to deliver the same expected high standards to everybody.
Forklift Types .

Description

RS Forklifts Training RTITB Approved and Accredited Training
Anyone aged 17 or older with good co-ordination and the skills required to drive a car a car licence is not required in gaining a forklift qualification.
Counterbalance Forklifts – For loading & unloading vehicles, moving goods in yards and in warehouses
Reach Forklifts – Used in confined areas and narrow isles in warehouses.
Choice of Courses
1 day Re-Fresher / Re-Certification – for anyone who has previous training, with lots of current forklift operating experience needing to re-new and existing certificate.
2 day and 3 day Courses – suitable for someone with experience but no formal training.
4 and 5 day Courses – for someone with little or no experience using a forklift truck.

RS Forklift Training centre is fully Accredited and approved.
Our training centre include racking, stillage’s and pallets, diverse loads including 1 tonne loads and unevenly distributed loads with an approved RTITB test course including chicane exercises, turning and reversing in narrow isles, practical operation and consists of lifting loads to intermediate and high levels up to 3 metre’s.
Our classroom is fully equipped with a Plasma T.V for video presentations and Health & Safety training to learn essential knowledge to prepare for the Theory test.
At the end of training operators complete practical checks and a simple written assessment to ensure confirmation of learning.
Successful operators will be registered on NORS data base and receive a Registration Number. This means you and your employer can check your training is correct, and that you are fully qualified.
