RTITB Forklift Instructor

The course is very advanced and consists of the candidates having to complete a practical instructor standard forklift test, forklift instructor theory paper and the forklift instructor practical exam of them teaching a full lesson to RTITB standard.

First the candidate would have to complete the forklift instructor standard cert, they need to convince the trainer Dale Taafe that they can use and operate the forklift truck to Instructor standard.

They will then study the ins and outs of planning a lesson and learn how to conduct/deliver one to the RTITB standards.

They will then have to complete the practical and theory side of the training which is conducted by and RTITB Examiner on the last day of the course, if the trainee is succesful, which they will find out at the end of that day. They will need to register with the RTITB for a fee of £75inc vat which is payable to the RTITB.
