The Course comprises 4 Workbooks and a 180 day working copy of the Sage Accounts Program.

The topics covered are:

1. Stock System and Order Processing - It is vitally important when setting up a Stock Control System that the coding structure is well planned. Creating and working with the product records is covered together with Sales Order Processing and Purchase Order Processing procedures.

2. Invoicing and Project Costing - Creating Product or Service Sales Invoices, Credit Notes, Cash Sales and Dealing with Payments and Customer Deposits are featured here. The process of monitoring of ongoing projects is done via the Project Costing module where sub-projects can also be created and reported on, is detailed in this workbook.

3. Stock Pricing, BOM and Period End - Sage 50 has the facility to produce Individual Customer Price Lists. The Products module also has Bill of Materials Functionality. Periodic Stock Takes can be undertaken to check the Stock System's accuracy.

4. Foreign Trader and Intrastat - Learn how to set up the Foreign Trader and deal with Multiple Currencies. Intrastat Declarations. Recurring entries, Skeleton Transactions, Quotes and Pro-Formas and Stock Year End Procedures are also covered.
