SCRUM, a subset of Agile, is a process framework for agile development. It is a methodology or approach that allows a team to organise and make changes quickly to meet agile principles. A SCRUM master is a facilitator for an agile development team. A SCRUM mater is responsible for ensuring that everyone in the team had understood SCRUM and its principles by explaining the theory, practice and rules of SCRUM.
The Scrum Master Professional Training Diploma provides detailed and in-depth analysis of the concept SCRUM and paves the way for a SCRUM master to enhance her skill through the process-oriented methodologies.
