SCRUM PRODUCT OWNER CERTIFIED

Scrum has its own set of processes. As for people roles, Scrum projects have a Scrum Product Owner, a Scrum Master, and Scrum developers or members. Scrum Product Owner anchors the entire project by determining what types of value is created and in what order. Once the participants develop clarity on the fundamentals of Scrum, the course provides training in all aspects of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects in the Scrum way. The course provides hands on training to the in techniques for capturing user stories, planning sprints, organizing daily standup meetings for reviewand reflection. Scrum is one of the most popular Agile product development approaches. It is an adaptive, iterative, fast, flexible, and effective approach designed to deliver significant value quickly and throughout a project.Scrum ensures transparency in communication and creates an environment of collective accountability and continuous progress.

There is no formal prerequisite for this certification, although a working knowledge of Scrum methodologies and the Agile mindset is recommended. SDC™ and/or SMC™Certified professionals will be able to better understand the concepts required for this certification exam.
