This half-day course is designed for Food and Beverage Staff to maximise Food and Drink Sales techniques. The course will highlight the importance of selling and the role the team has to play in creating conditions to sell.
The Course includes:
- Customer awareness - Who are they and why do they visit
- What is selling - What does the customer expect/want to experience
- 15 Basic Sales Skills and their importance
- Product Knowledge
During the course you will be working with industry examples and discussing various techniques which can be incorporated.
This course provides underpinning knowledge for Unit 2FDS2, 2FDS3 and 2FDS11 in Level 2 Food and Drink Service.
