      What I would highlight: I have been attending training on leadership and managerial skills for a couple of times but this particular one with LCT has exceeded my expectations. The training has not only improved my leadership skills in the workplace but also in my personal life. The consultant who took us is wonderful.

      What I would highlight: The course was well delivered and engaging. The pace was perfect and the trainer was fun and very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the sessions, they were interactive and will definitely make a difference. The consultant helped develop the confidence of all participants by using practical techniques/examples. His passion and confidence is what came across well. I will definitely be putting into practice all that we learnt.
