Who is this course for?

Those of you, who have had a hard week a work, relax and unwind at Hospitality House for an early evening of tasting. Explore and taste three wines from our list that complement a range of shellfish starters prepared by our chefs.

What qualifications or experience do I need ?

No experience required apart from a love of food and wine.

What will I study ?

Our food & beverage team will introduce three wines from our list that will complement a range of shellfish dishes. You will be invited into our production kitchen to observe the food preparation and then taste our shellfish dishes while enjoying three perfectly matched wines. The tasting menu for the evening will be: Griddled & fried chiperones, orange aioli Mussel ragout, chilli & tomato Lobster ravioli, dill butter sauce
