Tasting and describing fortified wine
The production methods of the different Sherry styles made though biological and oxidative ageing
How to drink Sherry and pair it with the right food.
the course will be taught through tasting 8 wines.
There are no other costs . Tasting glasses and spittoons are provided . It would be helpful to bring a notebook , pen and some water and possibly some plain crackers to refresh your palate between wines.
Please avoid wearing any strong perfume or aftershave .
