This course builds upon your work from the stage 2 module and you will learning how to use coaching and mentoring to develop your organisation. This coaching and mentoring module aims to develop a leader’s ability to employ cognitive leadership approaches and, in particular, coaching and mentoring as change agents to develop the organisation, with the aim to meet the needs of staff and learners.

You will also learn how to adapt your communication strategies and techniques for developing new behaviours and attitudes. In short, the course aims to equip you with the skills to lead the development of others as coaches or mentors.
