Anyone can do who is over 18 and have good understanding of English

Learners must be able to communicate in English (reading, writing, speaking and listening). Learners must be
18 or over to undertake this qualification and apply for the necessary SIA licence to work.
From April 2021 learners must provide evidence that they hold a valid Emergency First Aid qualification or
equivalent which should be equal to or above a Level 3 (RQF/QCF) or Level 6 SCQF Emergency First Aid at
