Simple Italian Main Courses

Italian cuisine has a huge variety of choice when in comes to main courses: from hearty meat to elegant fish to elaborate pasta dishes, the list is endless. During the course you will learn how to prepare some great traditional main courses such us the ‘hunter's catch' roast or his signature lasagne with Tuscan ragù sauce along with an array of seasonal 'contorni'. Once everything is ready you will lunch with a glass of Italian wine.
