Aims of the Course
SIRM has designed this course, which is built on good foundation and rigorous practical training in the respective areas.Students will then be encouraged to attempt for Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) exams by offering them the memberships of ISACA on our own behalf.ISACA® assumed a global leadership in establishing and updating a model curriculum to help universities and Schools to incorporate the model framework in their programmes and courses. Taking advantage of the flexibility provided in this curriculum, we managed to address the need in the most efficient way possible.

Entry Requirements
The content of the course are not the exclusive province of any single discipline or any combination of disciplines. Some backgrounds are more suitable for entry to the course than others. Each student will be considered on an individual basis. Candidates may be interviewed at the discretion of the Course Organizers or a delegated representative of the Course Organizers.

The course has a flexible modular structure and consists of eight core subjects and a Project. A particular emphasis is given in achieving an optimal balance of theory and practice; students will be given exposure to leading-edge software and assurance practices.

Course Breakdown
"Following successful completion of the SIRM PgDiploma in Management Studies, SIRM students will be able to be considered for admission into the Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree with a UK University, Students who have completed the PGD-BS can be accepted onto the MBA with advanced standing and will require to successfully completing 3 taught modules and an MBA Dissertation". SIRM will teach PgD in Business Management which includes first 5 subjects (901 to 905). Upon the successful completion, students will have to study 3 modules (906-907-908) and Dissertation through distance learning under the supervision of the University. SIRM and its Partner Colleges shall provide their resources such as IT and Library to their students to complete the course successful. All students will be admitted on merit basis.
