Four weeks' training over 4 months enables delegates to lead or facilitate Six Sigma projects and gain Black Belt accreditation. Suitable for: Black Belt candidates in Six Sigma companies should use this programme as the foundation for their development. A 2-week Black Belt Conversion programme is available to those who have completed PMI's Mastering Process Improvement or Six Sigma Green Belt programmes. Training is intense and requires evening study between teaching days. Candidates must be highly motivated to lead improvement work.

Black Belt candidates in Six Sigma companies should use this programme as the foundation for their development. A 2-week Black Belt Conversion programme is available to those who have completed PMI's Mastering Process Improvement or Six Sigma Green Belt programmes.
Training is intense and requires evening study between teaching days. Candidates must be highly motivated to lead improvement work. They should be literate, confident with complex numbers and able with guidance to use a statistical package.
We provide foundation training on request for individuals with potential who have had limited exposure to statistics or improvement projects.
Accreditation
To become certified Black Belts, candidates must:
- Complete the training programme
- Pass an examination (part closed-book, part open-book, part case study)
- Complete, write up and present a qualifying Six Sigma projec
