Who Should Attend the Course?

Delegates who have previously attended the Six Sigma Green Belt course and have passed the Green Belt examination. Evidence of this will be required.

Six Sigma Black Belt Examination

A 100 question multiple choice examination with a pass mark of 70 out of 100.

Success in this examination indicates that the candidate would be able to lead a programme of process improvement initiates guiding up to 6 Green Belt teams at any one time, acting as a subject matter expert on Six Sigma methodology and tools.

• During The Knowledge Academy’s Six Sigma Black Belt Upgrade 5 day course, delegates will spend time preparing for both the Six Sigma Black Belt examination and case study, which are taken on the final day of the course.
