Our CSSBB training is aligned to the ASQ (Certifying body of Six Sigma). It is the 3rd level in the six sigma pyramid. The participants will be detailed on DMAIC methodology with statistical tools to quantify process performance. By completing this program the participant will be able to identify and eliminate errors or defects in a business process, improve employee acceptance, reduce costs, and increase revenue—all of which lead to a better bottom line.

About this course
Develop skills to use Six Sigma methodologies, Lean concepts, and DMAIC methodologies: Design, Measure, Analyse, Improve, and Control.
Pass the SSBB certification exam and become a certified professional in Quality Management.
ASQ requires you to complete at least 1 project with signed affidavit and at least 3 years of full time experience in one or more areas mentioned in SSBB Body of Knowledge. Work experience must be in a full time, paid role. Paid intern, co-op or any other course work cannot be applied towards the work experience requirement. Educational waivers are not granted.
