Lead or support change. Green Belt training helps delegates understand their role in leading or supporting process improvement. In two 5-day modules over 2 months, teaching of process improvement tools and techniques is integrated with real improvement projects. Suitable for: Delegates representing every organisational function have participated in this programme. Many of our clients have used it to introduce managers and staff to process improvement and Six Sigma. Green Belt training is appropriate not only for those selected to be improvement project team leaders but for local directors and any leader or facilitator whose job includes process improvement and management.

The programme is split into two modules of 5 days each, with a month in between.
