Through both studio workshops and location visits participants will be introduced to key media and processes with which to effectively record spaces and human presence.

Course structureIt will give participants the opportunity to:
- visit some of London’s major galleries and museum spaces and sketch live interior situations through periods of observations.
- begin to use sketch drawing media and techniques effectively to document the importance of light, form, texture in defining spatial qualities.
- develop individual confidence in the use of drawing as a means to explore and express a personal visual language.
- foster the keeping of a sketchbook as good practice.
