Year 1 looks at the social groups most likely to be in need of social care services. It offers a comprehensive study of how social care and health services are organised. You will consider a wide range of perspectives on health matters and contrast holistic health frameworks together with perspectives on Social Care and inequalities.

Year 2 combines knowledge with skills and looks at concepts in providing social care services and addressing key determinants of poor health.
