About the Course
Level 3 will consist of:
• The sectors in context
• Principles and values in practice
• Partnership working
• Communication and information sharing
• Personal and professional development in the work environment
• Safeguarding and protecting individuals and society.
You will also study practical English, Mathematics and ICT at Level 3.
Course Aims
The diploma will give students an insight into the many careers within the sector. It will introduce the principals and values underpinning different professions. It will show students how different services fit together and will make students work ready.

How is the course assessed?
You will complete a project to demonstrate the skill and knowledge you have acquired and you will do a minimum of 20 days work experience.
Fees
No Course Fees for Under 19's. Over 19's must pay, or claim Level 2 or Level 3 Entitlement for FREE courses .
What next?
You may seek employment working in Health or Social Care or progress to a Degree in Social Work or Nursing.
