Soufflés never fail to impress, and this workshop takes the mystery out of making them, and will ensure perfect results every time. You will leave feeling confident that you can whip up a soufflé in minutes, using just store cupboard ingredients.
This workshop covers the various different soufflé making techniques, from the classic panade based cheese soufflé, through to a quick and easy fruit meringue based soufflé that can be baked from frozen. It includes a recipe that can be made the day beforehand and reheated, and a soufflé that is made in a frying pan.
The day starts with coffee and pastries and a short demonstration. You will make all of the recipes, working individually, before sitting down to enjoy your favourites for lunch with salad and a glass of wine.
