Soul Health

This course offers an introduction to the sound movements of Eurythmy, a meditative path and practice for inner strength, balance and wellbeing. The sessions will leave you refreshed, harmonious and postitive, with a series of movement techniques to take home for the maintenance of your soul health.

Course tutor Prue Benson works extensively with eurythmy to promote health and wellbeing, reduce stress, connect with the natural world, enhance family relationships, create community and celebrate the festivals.
