The SPA General Manufacturing Passport consists of a Core Day and a General Manufacturing Sector Specific Day.

The Core day consists of:

  • Safety, Health, Environmental and You
  • Risk Assessments
  • Workplace safety
  • Fire precautions and procedures
  • Accident and first aid procedures
  • Hazardous substances
  • Manual handling
  • Noise at work

The General Manufacturing Sector specific day consists of:

  • Induction and Security
  • Transport, Heavy Vehicles and Cranes
  • Access & Working at Height
  • Hazardous Substances/Materials
  • Confined Space
  • Machinery and Tools
  • Environment
