This is an empowering, practical online course, where the students identify ways to improve their speaking skills. The course is CPD accredited, and many students have already benefitted from the course and then gone on to win promotion.

The course has two clear parts to it. In the first part we help you get constructive feedback from colleagues and friends on how you come across when you speak and any areas they identify that you could work on. (they complete a questionnaire). In the second part of the course, there are a series of exercises enabling you to acquire skills to speak clearly.
