Overview:
This half day programme will explore activities which could be included in standardisation practices and quality assurance procedures to help your centre remain a sanction free zone. Standardising the practices of our assessors is a mandatory requirement, and involves much more than running meetings. With a greater emphasis placed on live work based assessment and evidence left where it occurs, a greater emphasis is now
placed on the standardisation of assessment processes.
Target group: Internal Verifiers and those in training and Quality Assurance personnel.
