Means a ship constructed and used for the carriage of petroleum and petroleum products in bulk. Oil means petroleum in any form including crude oil and refined products


Means a ship constructed or adapted and used for the carriage in bulk of any liquid product listed in chapter 17 of the International Bulk Chemical Code. Chemical means any liquid product in bulk form listed in Chapter 17 of the International Bulk Chemical Code (IBC Code) except for vegetable oils. Vegetable oils mean ‘‘vegetable and fish oils and animal fats’’ – listed in chapter 17 the IBC Code.
