Are you looking for guidance on strategic change? This module will give you a general understanding of how to implement strategic change. The program will help you recognise that there are many theories involved in strategy, each of which has its proponents and its critics. The program will introduce you to different views on strategy and how (depending on which view you support) these different views will lead you to think about and implement strategic change in different ways.
This program encompasses a wide array of topics related to strategic change. You will learn the characteristics of strategic change, the paradigms for it, the internal environment and the resources necessary for it, how to benchmark and how to analyze and selectively apply different strategies.
On completion of this module, you would be able to: 1. Analyse the different strategy concepts and their implications for strategic change. 2. Establish an organisation's strategic position. 3. Determine directions and methods for strategic change. 4. Implement these changes confidently.

English language skills. International learners will be required to have ILETS 5.5 or equivalent. Different combinations of relevant National Qualifications, Vocational Qualifications and equivalent qualifications from other awarding bodies may be acceptable, as would suitable industry standard qualifications at an appropriate level.
