My assessor - she was a true professional, responding immediately to all my requests and sharing her knowledge and experience. She showed a great interest in my progress and achievement and her advice, guidance and feedback were all very good.

What I would highlight:
One of the best learning experiences that I have had. Great support from my tutor, assessor and organisation as a whole. I was even able to do my placement and assessor learners within the organisation. I would highly recommend doing this course if you are thinking about becoming an assessor.

What I would highlight:
The first response to my enquiry, the guidance receive at the time and before enrolment onto the programme and the induction its self were all good!
The support received from my assessor and the learning materials and resources, were all very good.
Most of all what I liked the most is when I received my certificate for completion of my qualification - Brilliant!

I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience of doing the course.

What I would highlight:
I was let down by my previous training provider and transferred over to Steve Allison Associates Ltd who were really understanding of my needs and got me completed in record time with very little fuss. All the information they gave me was clear and straightforward and my assessor was very supportive. I learnt so much that has helped me enormously in my career since then.
