"The 2-day executive workshop has been especially designed for board members, directors, senior management and other professionals from the private, public and NGO sectors to gain strategic competency, system thinking and critical analysis skills in the management of sustainability.

Investors, financial institutions, communities, consumers and even employees are demanding that organisations, products and services demonstrate their green and responsible business credentials – throughout the supply chain. This represents immense opportunities for organisations taking a leading role in sustainability – the World Bank estimates that $700 billion of incremental investments are needed annually by 2030 for transition to a low-carbon economy.

Having come into force in 2016, the 17 Sustainable Development Goals – adopted by the 195 member countries of the United Nations – require countries to radically transform their economies. In Singapore, the Government has declared 2018 as the Year of Climate Action and unveiled the Public Sector Sustainability Plan 2017-2020. On 20 June 2016, Singapore Exchange also introduced mandatory sustainability reporting on a “comply or explain” basis."
