Strategic planning is basically a management activity of an organization which is used for setting some priorities, to focus energy, to use resources and for doing strengthen operations. The unit explains the strategic planning in detail moreover it also examines the concept of delegation and its various levels.
The unit describes the criteria for useful feedback including a look at different feedback techniques and the concept of meeting management. On the completion of this unit, learners will be equipped to understand how to be master of body language and what are the useful tips for presentation.
