- Using suspension/stopping work to put pressure on the payer
- Winding up:
- When can you make an application to wind a company up?
- Reserving title:
- How effective can it be to reserve property in your goods until you are paid?
- Retention:
- When can you insist that retention is put in a separate account?
- Insolvency:
- What are you entitled to if the person who owes you money goes into administrative receivership/ administration/ liquidation?

- Housing Grants Act:
- When should you receive a Withholding Notice?
- What happens if you do not receive a Withholding Notice?

Jon Miller

Jon is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the Technology and Construction Court Solicitors Association (TeCSA), AICA, RIBA, CIC and CI Arb accredited adjudicator.
