String winter school is a fun and social way to consolidate and develop further your playing technique, explore new repertoire, play in large and small ensembles and improve your music reading and sight-reading. This two-session course aims to build your confidence and introduce you to new techniques and styles of music.
Repertoire for this course will include:
Corelli Concerto grosso in G min Op.6 No 8 "Christmas concerto"

- Explanations and demonstrations from the tutor - Group playing of solo and ensemble repertoire - Some individual playing - Playing with the whole ensemble and with smaller groups - Feedback from your tutor and peers - Critique of your own and others’ playing.
