Karl has been a fitness professional and trainer for 13 years. Karl has a very diverse and broad expertise in the areas of health and fitness, he talks and lectures on topics from female fat loss, hormones to psychology, exercise, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, performance, nutrition and everything in-between. He has a BSc (Hons). In sports therapy from the University of Teesside and further professional certifications and is currently pursuing an MSc in Rehabilitation.

  • The principles of warm-up, the aerobic curve and energy systems use during main session and cool down
  • The 'journey' using a variety of profiles

  • Cycle set-up and safe cycling technique
  • Health and safety issues
