Course programme

This one-day course will cover the principles and theory of photographic lighting and relate these to the studio environment by practical demonstration and hands on application. You will shoot portraits of fellow students, so that you can see and record of the lighting and its effects. At the end of the course you will go home with a number of studio portraits that you can add to your portfolio.

You will be deconstruct and then recreated iconic images to see how photographers create effects with lighting. Throughout the day you will work with Industry standard studio techniques will be used to ensure that you can work with effectively with contemporary techniques.
