Description

  • Type

    Short course

Key frameworks within which supply networks are evaluated include: how the customer or end user defines and measures value, and the extent to which network processes and functions enhance or diminish it; the character of the flows of information and material upstream and downstream, for example whether a given supply network benefits from true end-to-end visibility; and time and inventory and how they are related. The reverse supply chain is also examined, as are the impacts of volatility and variability.
