Course Director

Emma has been in the dental profession for 20 years and worked in a variety of different roles. She became a Practice Manager whilst in the Royal Air Force in 1990. Having moved to Devon in 2001, Emma and has been instrumental in changing a small practice into a thriving multi award-winning flagship for the profession; she was awarded the British Dental Practice Managers’ Practice Manager of the Year Award in 2003 and The Probe Dental Awards’ Practice Manager of the Year Award in 2006.

Course programme

Course Content

So often individuals within a practice need advice and help to move forward in their specific roles within the dental team. During a one to one day we work towards whatever issues you bring on your agenda, ranging from performance reviews, telephone answering techniques, delegation techniques, budget setting, to setting up personal files and advice on what should be included.

The day's training is held at Absolute Dental, which allows us to use the resources the practice has developed as well as allowing attendees to witness first hand the systems and services we have developed.
