Tai Chi for All gives you an opportunity to let go of your stresses and strains with relaxing and reinvigorating luxury weekend retreats at Horwood House, set in 38 acres of secure landscaped grounds amidst tranquil Buckinghamshire countryside. Based on the gentle Chinese martial art of Tai Chi, and led by Wu Kung Federation Senior Coach Elaine Koster, our leisure weekend breaks are the perfect way to unwind from work and domestic pressures.No previous experience of Tai Chi is required, nor is any particular level of fitness: absolute beginners are very welcome! If you have practised some Tai Chi before, we'll start where you are and gently develop your abilities.
