An introduction to the gentle martial art of Tai Chi and the revitalising breathing techniques of Chi Kung. For those who have already practised some Tai Chi, this course is an opportunity to extend their skills in Yang Style Tai Chi. Suitable for: Absolute beginners through to those who have studied Tai Chi for several years

Tai Chi for All Leisure Weekend
The course comprises 5 - 6 sessions of Tai Chi spread across the weekend, but also includes time to sample the leisure facilities at Horwood House, the course venue.
Each day begins with a Dao Yin warm-up and deeply-relaxing Chi Kung breathing exercises, followed by a gradual progression through the Yang Style 8 Posture (Beginners) or the Chinese 24 Form (Intermediate/Advanced).
Individual attention is given to each participant throughout the weekend.
