How will I study?

Succession planning and bringing on new talent are critical to any organisation or business. This course will help you recognise future talent and potential, and explore various methods of nurturing and developing that talent either through coaching or a structured approach.
How will I be taught?

You will work in a group setting with your peers, either within your workplace or here at the College with employees of other organisations. The trainer works in a consultative way, facilitating learning.
How will I be assessed?

Ongoing assessment of understanding, knowledge and learning throughout the course.
