This programme is aimed people who have a responsibility for the work of others as they lead a team.

It is suitable for those who are entering management or who have the ability and opportunity to demonstrate recognisable management and leadership skills i.e. providing leadership for your team, encouraging innovation, allocating and checking work.

Completion of 6 units in total, 4 core units:

• Provide leadership for your team
• Develop productive working relationships with colleagues
• Ensure your own actions reduce risks to health and safety
