This means that the candidate has to show their ability to do their job according to performance criteria and under pinning knowledge. Candidates plan a programme of learning with their assessor and compile a portfolio of evidence to prove that they are competent and knowledgeable in their work role. You will also get full support and we will tender to your specific learning needs. All qualifications are done on your companies premises with little inconvenience but maximum effectiveness.

This qualification is designed for people and organisations that want to improve their leadership skills. The candidate will gain essential skills and knowledge to improve them self, the team around them leading to increased productivity better awareness and above all the ability to be more efficient and effective within their job role.

The qualification breaks up into 4 mandatory units: Manage your own resources, allocate and check work in your team, develop productive working relationships, health & safety. There are also 2 optional units which will be catered to your specific job role. Your assessor will assist you with this.
