Theatre Skills Workshop - Ages 10-17 : Site Joseph Wright Centre

Course Content: The day has been designed to aid acting, singing and dancing skills and to build confidence - but most of all to have fun! We will cover key areas such as voice, movement, improvisation, acting techniques and scene study, all within a wonderfully creative and friendly environment. How will I be assessed? All participants will be taught a range of simple exercises to develop a new and more helpful sense of awareness. No prior knowledge is required - don’t worry, we will tell and show you all you need to know! Are there any additional costs or specialist equipment required? All participants should wear appropriate dance/exercise clothing, including soft shoes or socks. Soft refreshments are included. What can I do after this course?
