Suitable for: Personnel who currently possess a level of welding skills and experience but would benefit from formal guided tuition in the use of the T.I.G. Welding with Aluminium and Stainless Steel welding processes.

Content:
· Welcome introductions.
· Setting and attendees expectations.
· Health & Safety requirements for TIG.
· Your P.P.E.
· Equipment set-up and familiarisation.
· Practical demonstrations and practice.
· Coaching from instructor on individuals welding.
· Practical sessions on various welding positions and joints.
· Understanding the weld processes.
· Select correct filler and gas.
· Pressure for a given thickness of metal.
· Carry out inspection of welded joints.
· Debrief and open forum.
