Trade Union Education: Certificate in Employment Law

This is the follow on course for reps who have completed their initial training (with TUC or their own trade union). You will work with reps from other unions and other industries to develop a better understanding of employment rights, understand how the law develops and changes and discover how knowledge of employment law can directly help build union organisation at work.

This is a practical course for union reps – not an academic course for people who want to be solicitors! Our aim to give you the tools and confidence to use the law effectively in your work as a rep
