This course is open for any women trade union reps who are interested in exploring some of the issues that impact on women in society, at work and within unions. If you are wondering why, in 2014, women, on average, still get paid less than men, are still exposed to sexism and still not proportionately represented in the leadership of trade unions, then you will get the opportunity to discuss and share ideas on these and many other issues with other women – by having access to contemporary information and research.

  • Women in society, work and trade unions
  • Discrimination / Sexism
  • Leadership
  • Domestic Violence
  • And a variety of other related topics
