Training process course

Training intended as a contribution and stimulus to the growth of the person, of the profession of teams, of work organizations, pursues the development of skills according to proven methods. The value of training assumes great resonance in the field of both professional and personal growth. It is placed as a perspective of continuous commitment for the whole span of human life. Precisely because it is related to the processes of change, transformation, development of both business and personal systems, training must aim at improving and developing the person, the profession, and skills. Intended as a process of renewal of knowledge and skills, it structures and consolidates a process of cognitive growth by bringing skills to be used on a personal and professional level. Training is a more evolved and more complex communication process, which develops through two (or more) subjects or entities that use a content. In order for this process to take place, the presence of the formator and the one being formed is necessary. The one being formed is not yet formed (it is, but in a potential way). A communication of contents, thought, activity, control and verification of the actual passage of contents is elaborated between the two. This communication, which takes place over a necessarily long period of time for the real assimilation of the contents and the verification of professionalization, is the celebration of training. In the pedagogical field it is a complex process of transferring contents and methods to make people acquire ever greater intellectual, cultural, emotional and spiritual levels. The formative process studied by pedagogy, in particular, tries to obtain contents and teaching methods proper to the developmental age of reference in which the formative process takes place. To give an example, you can talk about any topic at any age, but the language, the study, the duration and the educational method changes for each age group and for each training course.
