Training for Trainers

This course will give an understanding of how people learn, and how to use that understanding to meet their training needs. It looks at identifying training needs, developing training plans, designing and implementing training programmes, and designing and delivering presentations. It also gives participants the opportunity to design and deliver a short presentation, gives practical tips and advice on presentation technique, together with the opportunity to receive feedback and help from an experienced trainer. Suitable for: This course is intended for anyone needing to pass on knowledge and skills.
