Travel & Tourism Level – 2

OCR Nationals are work-related qualifications available at Levels 1 to 3 of the National Qualifications Framework. All OCR Nationals also help students develop their personal skills in areas applicable to any workplace, such as team working, communication and problem solving. The courses have been designed to accredit learners' achievements and ability to carry out tasks in a way that is relevant to the workplace.

They are principally aimed at 16-19 year olds who want to develop skills, knowledge and understanding from relevant work experience. They are also suitable for people aged 14-16, and for adult learners, part-time or full-time.

OCR Nationals are recognised by employers and at Level 3 attract UCAS points. They are an excellent alternative to GCSEs, GNVQs and A levels as they focus on building work-related skills.

There is no formal qualification require for any of the OCR Nationals courses. Each of the OCR National qualifications consists on number of various unit, all units are centre-assessed and externally moderated by OCR. There are no timetabled exams for this qualification; candidates may complete units at a time that suits the centre. The full award and units from this qualification are graded as Pass, Merit or Distinction.
